Our story
TriLitCo LLC was founded by Rod to bring a lifetime of real estate experience to property investors and managers in Austin, Texas. His journey in real estate began over two decades ago in Malta, Europe, when he purchased and developed his first property at the age of 20. In 2007, he moved to the U.S., living Chicago, where Rod built a career managing multi-million-dollar projects, overseeing the development of apartment buildings, and driving value for mixed-use properties. Rod finally settled in Austin in 2016. After years of hands-on property management and investment work, Rod started TriLitCo to share his and help others navigate the real estate landscape. Over time, the business evolved from managing properties to providing high-level consulting for property owners, investors, and managers, empowering them to achieve goals with confidence and clarity. At TriLitCo they are driven by a love for real estate.
Who we are
TriLitCo LLC was founded by Roderick Carabott, a Certified Property Manager with over two decades of real estate experience spanning Europe and the United States. Roderick’s passion for empowering property investors and managers drives our mission to simplify real estate challenges and turn them into opportunities for success.
Our team also includes Laura Carabott, Roderick’s wife, who is currently training to become a licensed realtor. Together, they bring a dynamic blend of expertise, dedication, and a shared vision to serve our clients with integrity and transparency.
Supporting our efforts is our exceptional admin, Karina, who ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail are key to delivering the personalized service our clients deserve.
